Project Outline

  • To secure and conduct in-depth face-to-face interviews with Purchasing Directors and Operations Directors of blue-chip food and drinks companies
  • To identify their specific purchasing criteria for suppliers
  • To measure the importance of a range of purchasing criteria and how various suppliers, including our client, performed against these criteria
  • To gauge their reaction to new trends within the industry and ascertain their requirements therein

Project Outcome

  • We conducted 15 interviews with major players within their target market, lasting between 1 and 2 hours
  • Our client gained invaluable feedback regarding the requirements of its prospective customers in detail, together with an insight into its image in the market place
  • Our client has been able to develop its business in tandem with the aspirations of its target market and tailor business tenders to specific operational and purchasing requirements of existing and potential customers
