Project Outline
- To relaunch the company, previously known as Knight
Welch Bryce, as KWB and create a more modern, vibrant brand within
the Birmingham City Centre and West Midlands property market.
- To design and create a website that provides easy navigation of
the companys services together with an office space search
function that can be maintained in-house
- To redesign and relaunch "RElocation" a widely
circulated twice-yearly broadsheet newsletter featuring new developments,
new lettings and news and views on the local property market
- To research and build a direct marketing database of potential
clients for regular communications
- To capitalise on any PR opportunities and maximise media relations
with the local property and business press
- To provide a structure for regular marketing discussion and activity,
and support the office team in any business development projects
Project Outcome
- Instantly recognisable, the KWB brand is one of the strongest
property agent logos in the West Midlands
- www.kwboffice.co.uk is continually reviewed and cost-effectively enhanced
in line with current Internet thinking
- The office team are very focused on marketing opportunities, with a proactive
and innovative approach towards marketing both KWB and their clients
products
- We are currently working on a project to repackage the traditional property
agent services into an exciting new concept watch this space!
