Project Title:

The Marketing Team!

Client:

KWB Commercial Property Consultants

Business Requirements

  • To formulate the company’s marketing plan
  • To act as guardians of the brand
  • To bring a more proactive approach towards marketing throughout the company – whether office agency, property management or investment
  • To assess and develop new business opportunities

Project Outline

  • To ‘relaunch’ the company, previously known as Knight Welch Bryce, as KWB and create a more modern, vibrant brand within the Birmingham City Centre and West Midlands property market.
  • To design and create a website that provides easy navigation of the company’s services together with an office space search function that can be maintained in-house
  • To redesign and relaunch "RElocation" – a widely circulated twice-yearly broadsheet newsletter featuring new developments, new lettings and news and views on the local property market
  • To research and build a direct marketing database of potential clients for regular communications
  • To capitalise on any PR opportunities and maximise media relations with the local property and business press
  • To provide a structure for regular marketing discussion and activity, and support the office team in any business development projects

Project Outcome

  • Instantly recognisable, the ‘KWB brand’ is one of the strongest property agent logos in the West Midlands
  • www.kwboffice.co.uk is continually reviewed and cost-effectively enhanced in line with current Internet thinking
  • The office team are very focused on marketing opportunities, with a proactive and innovative approach towards marketing both KWB and their clients’ products
  • We are currently working on a project to repackage the traditional property agent services into an exciting new concept – watch this space!

"Working with Carousel has brought fresh thinking and opened our minds to the world of marketing possibilities and, as a result, we are continually evolving our marketing strategy. They help us to research the potential of new concepts and can take the kernel of an idea and bring it to life."
